Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We keep it simple. Free delivery always.
Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time:
Each item is made to order and typically takes 2–3 business days to print and prepare for shipment (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Transit Time:
Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total Delivery Time:
From order placement to delivery, most customers receive their items within 4–7 business days.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet - right now we deliver across the United Kingdom only.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves us. If tracking is available, you’ll find a link inside that email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your order is not personalised, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, you just need to email us at woof@bigpupclub.co.uk within that 14-day window.
After cancelling, you have another 14 days to post the item back to us in its original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, just email us within 14 days at woof@bigpupclub.co.uk or Get In Touch with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us straight away at woof@bigpupclub.co.uk or Get In Touch
If your parcel’s already been shipped, we’ll do our best to help but can’t guarantee interception once it’s left us.

We’re a small UK brand run by one woman and her two Big Pups, on a mission to celebrate and champion big breeds everywhere.
Do you make the merch yourself?
Every design is lovingly and carefully created in-house. When you place an order, our trusted third party partners then print and deliver your merch straight to you.
